Aqeel M. Siddiqui, MD, FACS
Aqeel M. Siddiqui, MD is a Board-certified General and Vascular Surgeon.
Aqeel M. Siddiqui, MD founded Vascular Care Specialists in 2021, bringing with him 16 years of practice experience in vascular and endovascular surgery. Previously, Dr. Siddiqui served as the Director of the Vascular Lab for Signature Healthcare in Brockton and Medical Director of the Hyperbaric and Oxygen Therapy program at New England Sinai Hospital in Stoughton. He is Board-certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) in both vascular surgery and general surgery, the American Board of Preventive Medicine/Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine and the American Board of Wound Medicine and Surgery.
Dr. Siddiqui provides comprehensive care to his vascular patients. This ranges from the treatment of peripheral arterial disease, venous insufficiency and aneurysms, and wound care, as well as hemodialysis access and maintenance.
He has authored and co-authored multiple original research papers that were published in a wide array of internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals.

Mark J. Kulbaski, MD is a Board-certified Vascular Surgeon.
Mark J. Kulbaski, MD joined Vascular Care Specialists in 2023, bringing over 20 years of experience in vascular and endovascular surgery. Prior to joining Vascular Care Specialists, Dr. Kulbaski served as the Director of Vascular Surgery and the Director of the Vascular Lab for Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton, MA. Dr. Kulbaski is Board-certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS). He completed his residency in general surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital and fellowship in vascular surgery at Emory University Hospital, Atlanta, GA.

Siobhan M. Durkin, CNP
Siobhan Durkin is Board-certified as an Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, graduating from the University of Massachusetts, Boston with her Masters of Nursing Practice. She completed her undergraduate studies at University of Connecticut earning a Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Genetic Sciences and Simmons College where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She is currently licensed and in good standing with the State of Massachusetts as an APRN.
Earlier in her career, Siobhan gained valuable nursing experience as a registered nurse and then as a nurse practitioner at Massachusetts General Hospital, caring for patients in the surgical setting. Immediately prior to joining Vascular Care Specialists, Siobhan worked as a nurse practitioner with South Shore Hospital in the Center for Wound Healing.
Siobhan brings nearly 14 years of nursing experience, along with a background in teaching and research with her to the practice. She adds numerous presentations and a published medical article to her credentials as well.
